How are your translators chosen?
We begin selection with a thorough background review. We require 5+ years of experience as a professional experience and only select translators who will be translating towards their native language. Next, we have a series of conversations to test English fluency.
After that, all translators must pass a written translation test that checks the quality of their translation and their ability to translate complex ideas. Our final screening is to select for superior writing skills.
Unlike other translation companies, we have a personal relationship with all our translators and hold regular trainings to ensure translators have a deep understanding of the topics they work on. This rigorous process ensures that you receive the highest quality translations.
